Working in a wide range of media O'Shaugnessy uses texture and form to indicate powerful shifts in light and landscape. His recent mono-prints are a series of portraits inspired by people and places of significance to him. As an artist of great social strength he has been working in collaboration with a local painter on a mural in the studio.
